With one of the longest fireworks displays in the country and even legal consumer fireworks, you can light up the night your way. Walt Disney World keeps three parks open until midnight, and SeaWorld Orlando adds excitement with thrilling rides and dazzling fireworks.

San Diego, California

Las Vegas is where the party scene goes to the next level on New Year’s Eve. Imagine vibing to Creed at Caesars Palace or dancing to Lil Wayne at Drai’s! The dining scene offers exclusive, one-night-only packages at top restaurants that will make you feel like royalty. Just don’t forget to budget for it!

Atlanta knows how to start off the new year with a bang. From live music starting at 6 p.m. to a balloon drop at 8 p.m. and a fireworks show at midnight, the celebration is packed with excitement. Best of all, everything in the plaza is free and family-friendly!

I know Miami prices might be tough on the bank account, but trust me, it’s worth it. The Magic City throws one of the best New Year’s Eve parties around. 

Bayfront Park hosts an epic celebration with live music, tasty food, and stunning fireworks. Here’s a tip: head to South Beach, Bayfront Park, or any beachfront hotel along Ocean Drive to get a prime spot for the fireworks. For dinner, Miami’s got you covered with fresh seafood at Area 31 or perfectly cooked steaks at Bourbon Steak; just make sure you get a reservation in advance. 

San Francisco, California

Who could say no to a colorful fireworks display over the San Francisco Bay? Just make sure to get there early for the best views, especially along the waterfront between the Ferry Building and the Bay Bridge. Fingers crossed for clear skies!

Beyond the fireworks, the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium throws an epic NYE show, and there’s no shortage of fun 21+ parties at high-end hotels. Locals say New Year’s Day is even better, though. There’s even a race where you can run as many 1-mile laps as you want to kick off the year!

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh is one of the least expensive cities to celebrate but still ranks among the top ten for the best New Year’s Eve parties. With over 80 bars on East Carson Street, you’re guaranteed to find the celebration that’s right for you.

Highmark First Night Pittsburgh is a great option for free entertainment—enjoy art, theater, galleries, an ice maze, and a parade with giant puppets. As midnight approaches, watch the ball rise and fireworks light up the sky. Pittsburgh’s NYE celebration is one to remember!
