Honest NxTSTOP Review of Their Travel Clothing for Both Men & Women
NxTStop is a Traveleisure clothing company that is most known for their reusable Bamboo face masks. However, they also have a growing travel clothing line, made with cutting-edge materials that are eco-friendly AND functional. This review will focus on their new travel clothing line.
NxTSTOP is a fairly new company. They produce travel clothing made from eco-friendly materials, with ethical, and efficient production, as well as compostable packaging

They were all set to launch their travel clothing collection in March 2020, and well… given how that infamous month went, they had to pivot, and FAST. According to their CEO, they were one of the first companies that launched reusable masks – and this is ultimately how they gained fame in the midst of COVID.
Now, that the world is slowly beginning to travel again, they are rolling out the rest of their travel clothing company! There are loads of reviews out there on their travel masks, so this review post is going to focus on their Men’s Bamboo T-shirt, Women’s Bamboo Long-sleeve, Men’s Travel Pants, and Getaway Mask Hoodie.

I also enlisted the help of my husband, Zac, for this travel clothing review (get ready, he’s going to be making more appearances on here going forward)! NxTSTOP Men’s Bamboo Liftoff Crewneck Review
What Zac likes about this shirt
- It’s SUPER soft and breathable.
- He can wear it for a day of hiking or running through airports and be comfortable.
- It’s almost cool to the touch – if that makes sense?
- It’s true to size.
- The logo is cool, but not too in your face.
What he doesn’t like about this shirt
- The collar is almost too big. It feels like a shirt that was stretched out around the neck or something.
Verdict – Does he recommend the Men’s Bamboo Liftoff Crewneck shirt?
YES. Very much, despite the weirdly large neck. This shirt is super comfortable. He wears it for business travel and most recently on our hiking trip through Washington state. He was able to get away with wearing it multiple times, and it wasn’t smelly either. He also thinks that the shirt is fairly priced, given that the materials are sustainable and the production is ethically sound.

What Zac likes about these pants
- They are super breathable.
- Stretchy waist – basically, the male version of maternity pants, haha.
- Easy to clean – easily wipe away dirt and anything spilled on them.
- They are versatile – they’re great for hiking and airports + he wears them to work
- Again, the logo placement is cool, but not in your face.
- They’ve been worn and washed about a dozen times now, and are holding up well.
What Zac doesn’t like about these pants
- No negatives about these!
Verdict – Does he recommend the Men’s Airway Travel Pant
Yes! He likes how stretchy and breathable they are. These pants are his favorite NxTSTOP clothing item! He mentioned that the price gave him a bit of sticker shock at first, but again, given that they are ethically made, he gets it. (His other favorite Helly Hansen pants are about the same price, though.)

NxTSTOp Transit Bamboo Silver Ion Long-Sleeve Tee Review
What I like about this shirt
- It’s super breathable!
- Moisture-wicking. I am a very sweaty and warm person, and this shirt is great when it comes to being a sweaty mess in the airport or while hiking.
- It’s cool to the touch and has an almost silky feeling. It’s very comfortable!
- I like the thumb holes!
- I’ve been worn and washed this shirt at least a dozen times now, and it is holding up well.

What I don’t like about this shirt
- This shirt claims to be wrinkle-resistant, but I wouldn’t necessarily say that is true. The picture above is after I had it rolled in a ball in my bag for the night. It did get wrinkly. However, the rest of the photos of this shirt were after I had it packed in my packing cubes. It didn’t require ironing after being folded in the packing cubes… but, I still would classify this at the same level of “wrinkle-resistant” as my Karina Dresses.
- The neck is a little wide for my preference. (As Zac said, it kind of feels like it was stretched out or something.)
Verdict – Does do I recommend the NxTSTOp Transit Bamboo Silver Ion Long-Sleeve Tee?
Yes! This has moved to the top as my favorite/most worn shirt this summer/fall. This shirt is super comfortable and versatile. I love wearing it for traveling, hiking, and working from home. Just be aware, though, it isn’t necessarily wrinkle-resistant. Also, I was in between sizes for this shirt and ordered both a small and a medium. I am wearing the medium in this post. I like that it’s longer and a little looser for traveling. The small was just too short for my preference. If you like looser, longer shirts for traveling – I recommend sizing up if you are in-between sizes.

NxTSTOP Getaway Mask Hoodie
What Zac likes about this hoodie
- It fits well and looks nice.
- The built-in mask is a cool idea.
- It is VERY warm and soft
What Zac doesn’t like about this hoodie
- How warm it is can also be a negative for him. We live in Wisconsin, and he considers this a VERY heavy sweatshirt. It was too warm to be worn much lately and was too much for our hiking trip. He’s saving it for the dead of winter in Wisconsin, now!
- Again, this is a heavy hoodie, so he doesn’t consider it breathable at all.
Verdict – Does he recommend this hoodie?
He says it depends on what you are planning to use it for. He probably wouldn’t recommend it if you want to wear it for running through airports (like he did here), as it is just too warm and heavy. However, as for a sweatshirt in the middle of winter to keep warm – it will work great.

Our Overall Verdict on NxTSTOP Clothing
Their T-shirts’ neck holes are a little large for our taste, and we wish the shirts were truly wrinkle-resistant… but, we are, overall, both very happy with the NxTSTOP clothing we have. We’ve been trying A LOT of different travel clothing brands lately (stay tuned for a steady stream of reviews!), and NxTSTOP is one of our favorites by far. Their clothing is very comfortable and well-made. We also love NxTSTOP’s commitment to sustainability.
As they release more clothing, we’ll be the first in line to buy it! I really hope they come out with some women’s travel pants in the future, though. I am super jealous of my husband’s pants! The material looks and feels fantastic.

That being said, I do like the leggings I am wearing in this post too. They are by another new, sustainable clothing company called Hereafter. They are super comfortable leggings to wear for travel and exercise + they have usable pockets! I recommend sizing up, though, their sizes are small. I’m a size medium by their size chart but am wearing a large size here.
